Membership
Membership in the Utah Acupuncture Association provides a structured way to participate in professional representation, policy engagement, and communication related to acupuncture practice in Utah. The Association exists to represent the profession as a whole through responsible engagement with lawmakers, regulators, and stakeholders.
Membership is open to individuals and organizations involved in the practice, education, and regulation of acupuncture in Utah, including licensed practitioners, students, clinics, educational institutions, and licensed healthcare professionals who practice acupuncture under an alternate professional license.
Membership Categories
Professional Member — $200
Licensed acupuncturists practicing in Utah.
Voting membership
Eligible for board service and committees

Student Member — $25
Acupuncture students and individuals in approved training pathways.
Non-voting membership

Acupuncture Practitioner (Alternate License) — $100
Licensed healthcare professionals who practice acupuncture under a primary license other than acupuncture (e.g., chiropractors, MDs)

Allied Health Professional — $75
Licensed healthcare professionals who do not practice acupuncture but support safe, responsible acupuncture regulation and interprofessional collaboration.
